Bugger!

The view out the back window is usually so nice...

Lately, however, the view has been obstructed.

If you look real close, you can see some of the 13 "obstructions" that were perched on the right window alone!

It seems whenever I catch one that has managed to sneak indoors, I let another one in as I fling the previous intruder out! I don't want to squish them. I'm sure they're called stink bugs for a reason.

Anyone know why they are suddenly showing up in hordes?

They're disgusting! One landed on my shirt while I was eating today. Talk about a woman who can SCREAM!

No, I don't know what the scientific explanation is. Do they show up every 7 yrs like cicadas or something?

Krista, this is your cousin Laura. Mark always flushes them down the toilet.

They are showing up because we are no longer spraying harsh pesticides. They spent the summer invading fruit. Now that the fruit is gone they are moving in on us. They have no known preditors so we should get used to them. Last week I killed 75 in Gabriella's bedroom! Stinky.
