"How low can you go?" is how I would describe the state of my belly these days. Though according to my doc yesterday, this little boy still has room to drop...that's hard for me to imagine.
Anywho--she did have some good news for me! Apparently I went from not being dilated at all last Friday to being 2 centimeters! YAHOO! Of course, that's not indicative of labor in the next day or so, but you never know! I was 2 1/2 the day I went into labor with Natalia, but that was 2 days past 40 wks.
When Pete heard the report and came home from school yesterday, he asked if I wanted to go to BOSTON MARKET for dinner. Why there? Well, that was our "last meal" before going to the hospital to have Natalia. (It didn't work...nice try though Honey!)
All in all, everything is ready for the big day and I'm just going about my normal routine. I'm finding my anxiousness is a bit less than last week after not being dilated at all. Now, I'm just trying to enjoy each moment before the big transition to being a family of 4.
We'll keep you updated...

OH, I am SO excited for you! I can't wait to see pictures and read updates..praying for peace as you wait out these last few days!
You won't be pregnant forever...I promise. ;o)
Can't wait to meet this little guy!!!
Will be praying for you these last days!! :)
That's me above, oops!
Gettin' real excited for ya, lady! My last meal before my second child was crab cakes. I was pretty sure she was coming that night, so I ate to my heart's content--remembering how many calories I sweated off giving birth to Ben and how famished I was afterward. With Stephen I went into labor at Scoops Ice Cream. It was a wonderful prelude to labor. So my theory is, have something you REALLY want--it just might bring on labor. (We all have our stupide theories. Humor me.:)
Hang in there - I know those last days can seem so long. Glad to hear you're starting to dilate, though!
