Take 5 Tuesday

The question for this week:

What are 5 of your favorite breakfast foods (even if you don't always eat them in the morning)?

Here is my list:

1. Toast with butter and either cinnamon sugar or lemon curd.

2. Vanilla yogurt with granola.

3. Hashbrown, sausage, cheese & egg casserole.

4. Scrambled egg sandwich (toast, cheese, egg & ketchup)

5. German Apple Pancakes (see my recipe box)

***a strong cup of coffee or tea and fruit included

1. Yogurt with granola and fruit (strawberries & blueberries especially).

2. Baked Oatmeal

3. Fried egg sandwhich with cheese and sausage.

4. Pancakes, bacon, with baked apples and REAL maple syrup

5. Smoothie and bagel

1. Vanilla yogurt with Post Select Great Grains Crunchy Pecan cereal (what I eat most mornings now).
2. Fresh fruit (especially berries)
3. Any type of homemade quick bread (pumpkin, carrot banana, apple cranberry)
4. Baked Oatmeal
5. Breakfast casserole (egg with sausage or ham and cheese).

Oh, and cake, yes CAKE!!! It's one of the perks of being an adult.

3. French toast and bacon

5. my homemade biscuits

Those are my favorites, but in reality I seldom eat any of them for breakfast.
